Abdolfattah Soltani is a well-known advocate with the human rights center in Tehran. He was arrested in the aftermath of Iran's disputed June 12 presidential election. He is being held at the notorious Evin prison, the same place where a number of Baha'is, including the seven former Baha'i leaders (Yaran) who are his clients, are detained.
Recently, Mr. Soltani's wife, Masumeh Dehqan, has written an open letter to the newly appointed head of Iran's judiciary about her husband's case. Read a translation of this letter at: http://iranpresswat
